Eric Martin
Executive Director
Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and brings over 30 years of experience in the human services field. He has worked with several nonprofits in Sonoma County, including a 15-year tenure at the North Bay Regional Center.
Eric is a strong advocate for Person-Centered Planning and sound financial strategies. Since joining Oaks of Hebron, he has played a key role in driving the organization’s growth, both in size and revenue, while also contributing to the expansion of several programs.
Eric is deeply involved in the local community and has served in various leadership roles—many of which he continues to hold, including elder at his church, past president of the Sonoma County Mayors’ Committee on the Employment of Persons with Developmental Disabilities, local school board member, school site council member, North Bay Housing Coalition Board, and participant in initiatives such as the Sonoma County Voters Choice Act and Measure M Oversight Committee.
In addition, Eric is a licensed fiduciary, a certified CPR instructor, and trained in premarital counseling.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, exploring National Parks, and cycling in the great outdoors.
Christine George
Personal Attendant Coordinator
Christine joined Oaks of Hebron as the Personal Attendant Coordinator, bringing over a decade of experience in dispatch and coordination. With a background in logistics and team management, she has a deep understanding of how to connect the right people to the right roles at the right time. Christine thrives on solving complex puzzles and takes pride in creating thoughtful, effective matches between clients and their personal attendants. Her goal is to ensure that each placement supports both the unique needs of the individuals we serve and the strengths of our dedicated staff. Passionate about building relationships and supporting her team, Christine is excited to grow with Oaks of Hebron and continue making a meaningful impact.
Daniela Moreno
LS Program Coordinator
Daniela has over three years of experience in the human services field. She specializes in Supported Living Services, supporting individuals with developmental disabilities who live independently or share homes with roommates.
Daniela Badillo- Marino, SLS Program Coordinator, is known for her dependable and caring approach, working closely with clients and staff to create safe, supportive, and respectful living environments. She finds joy in building meaningful relationships and takes pride in helping clients grow in confidence and independence.
Her work often involves coordinating care for clients who live together, helping them navigate shared responsibilities, develop daily living skills, and maintain a peaceful, cooperative home life. Daniela values teamwork, clear communication, and creating a space where everyone feels heard and supported.
She is grateful to be part of an organization like Oaks of Hebron, where faith, compassion, and community are at the heart of everything.
Outside of work, Daniela enjoys quiet time with family, connecting with nature, and finding small ways to bring joy to those around her.
Iesha Rostchild
TDS Program Coordinator
Iesha has over 10 years of experience in the human services field. Throughout her career, she has supported individuals with developmental disabilities in the community, in facilities, and at home, always with a person-centered approach.
Iesha is deeply committed to creating space for people to lead meaningful, self-directed lives. At Oaks of Hebron, she coordinates services that support individuals in achieving their personal goals under the Tailored Day Services (TDS) umbrella – whether through employment, volunteering, or continuing education.
She is especially passionate about equity and personal growth and works closely with her team to help shape the TDS program into one that encourages independence, dignity, and authentic connection. Iesha values collaboration and strives to ensure each person is seen, heard, and supported in ways that reflect their strengths and goals.
Outside of work, Iesha enjoys singing, writing, and traveling. She finds joy in being connected with her 10 nieces and nephews and loves shaping the way they see the world.
Selam Haddish Bahta
Bookkeeper
Selam has over four years of experience in the Accounting field. She specializes in maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring that all transactions are properly documented.
Selam is known for her strong attention to detail and commitment to precision, ensuring that even the smallest discrepancies are identified and addressed.
Selam is passionate about delivering accurate financial reporting and takes pride in her ability to thoroughly investigate and resolve inconsistencies.
One of her key accomplishments includes identifying and correcting missing financial data by proactively seeking out the necessary information and resources—demonstrating her dedication to maintaining financial integrity within the organization.
Patricia Sitton
Payroll Coordinator
Patricia has almost two decades of dedicated service at Oaks of Hebron, Tricia has been an integral part of the organization’s growth and mission. She has held a variety of roles supporting adults with developmental disabilities, bringing care, consistency, and a passion for service to each one. For Tricia, developing meaningful relationships with both clients and staff has been one of the most enjoyable and rewarding aspects of her work.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in English from Sonoma State University, along with a Single Subject Teaching Credential in English. Today, she applies her strong organizational skills and attention to detail in her role as Payroll Coordinator.
Outside of work, Tricia enjoys reading, watching true crime documentaries, and mostly spending quality time with her husband and children.
Ross Thorsen
Administrative Assistant
Ross has a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Sonoma State University. He joined Oaks of Hebron in December 2024 and plays a key role in the Human Resources department. His primary focus is on payroll and data entry, helping ensure smooth and accurate operations behind the scenes. With a detail-oriented approach and a commitment to supporting both staff and organizational needs, Ross contributes to the everyday success of the Oaks of Hebron team.
Karissa Mills
Independent Living Services Program Coordinator
Karissa brings a unique blend of personal and professional experience to her role! With a background as an EMT and in the medical field, Karissa has spent a lifetime assisting disabled family members in navigating complex systems and supporting their independence.
Now in her second year at Oaks of Hebron, Karissa focuses on teaching essential life skills to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them thrive in independent living situations. She is deeply passionate about ensuring that people with disabilities have access to the same opportunities and choices as everyone else—a belief that drives her work each day.
Karissa’s approach is person-centered, empathetic, and rooted in real-world experience. Her dedication to empowering others shines through in every interaction, and she continues to play a vital role in helping individuals live more independently and confidently.
Outside of work, Karissa enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family.
Lori Fox
Associate Director of Programs
Lori began her employment at Oaks of Hebron over 12 years ago. Since that time, she has held various roles throughout the organization, giving her a well-rounded understanding of what it means to serve and support at every level.
Now serving as Associate Director of Programs, Lori has been instrumental in restructuring services, creating impactful training programs for staff, streamlining systems and processes, and laying strong foundations to help the organization thrive. She brings direction, innovation, and heart to both established and newly developing programs.
With a prior background and education in the legal field, Lori made a bold and meaningful career shift into social services, driven by a deep desire to serve her community. Her unique blend of experience led her to the perfect intersection of purpose and passion, launching her into a career rooted in advocacy, care, and leadership.
Lori’s mission at Oaks is simple yet powerful: to help every client grow, thrive, and live life to the fullest through person-centered planning and meaningful advocacy. She believes deeply in the worth and potential of every individual and is committed to creating programs that empower, uplift, and celebrate each person’s journey. That same passion extends to her leadership of the Oaks staff- to grow into their own strengths and thrive in their roles with confidence and integrity.
Outside of Oaks, Lori leads a thriving ministry at The Promise Center Church and has served in various church leadership roles over the years. She’s also the current president of her homeowner’s association, where her leadership continues to make a meaningful impact in her community. She enjoys spending time with her three amazing children, her beloved grandson, two dogs, and a large circle of extended family and friends.
Ruby Garcia
Farm Program Coordinator
Ruby is a proud Chicana, raised in Southern California, with an educational background rooted in the Midwest and Central Valley, where she studied Marketing and Business Management. She is a single mother to three incredible young men. The eldest is a professional MMA fighter, her middle son recently earned his Associate’s degree, and her youngest upon high school graduation will head to college in San Mateo. She is also a proud grandmother to two wonderful grandsons.
Ruby relocated from Fresno, CA to Sonoma County with two of my sons in search of better educational opportunities. Before becoming a Program Coordinator, she worked as a house manager for a care home and ran her own retail business, an online and pop-up boutique. Her passion for nonprofit work runs deep. Over the years, she has worked with several organizations, and she feels most fulfilled when she’s serving and connecting with the community.
